I am using a new 64-bit operating system and the dropdown menus don't work. When I click on the menu, nothing happens.We've only come across this issue one time, but we thought we'd post a response in case anyone else had the same problem. In the unlikely event that you are having this issue while running IE9 (32-bit or 64-bit) and Windows 7 64-bit, try this: Click on the gear icon at the top of the Internet Explorer window, select "Internet options". Go to the "Security" tab and uncheck "Enable Protected Mode (requires restarting Internet Explorer)".
