Yes, absolutely.  It's very simple.  Bring up the page you want to import on ODDS Online, go to FILE at the top of the page on the left, then select 'save' or 'save page as', depending upon which browser you are using.  Select to save to your desktop or wherever you are comfortable, making sure you see the name of the file as it is being saved so you can locate it, then click SAVE. 

Now bring up an instance of Microsoft Excel.  Click on FILE, then OPEN.  Find the file where you saved it; double click on it and it is imported. 

If, per chance, you are using a version the 2007 version of Excel, the directions are a little different: instead of clicking on file, you will click on the OFFICE button in the top left, then click on OPEN and follow the rest of the directions above.
